We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in future booking restrictions.
Due to the medical nature of injectable treatments, refunds are not offered once treatment has been administered. If you have any concerns following your treatment, we encourage you to contact us so we can review and support appropriately.
